Teresa is an impact-driven consultant, adult development coach and action researcher with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development for global and GSA organizations. She’s at home at the gateways of diverse perspectives and diverse industries, with a particular focus on soft power, the interface of social policy with exponential tech and graceful & sustainable growth.

Teresa invests 80% of her time into research and the deepening of her studies for being able to walk her own talk and supporting your growth from an embodied perspective.
Teresa hosted over 1.500 Embodiment Sessions where she and her international & Viennese colleagues validated The Core as a framework for human growth via the body. Her research continues today, making human trauma as well as peak experiences and moments of epiphanies and genius relatable.
Since 2024 Teresa is lecturing „The Art & Science of Applied Consciousness in Leadership“ at the reknown Viennese State University for Economics – pioneering the field and making it part of her nation’s university education.
